When we founded Khai Hoan in 2000, we asked ourselves two key questions: ‘What kind of growth are we aiming for?’ and ‘What distinguishes us from other companies?’
The former question seemed easy: expand from a local business to an international one, and drive towards constant product innovation and development. The latter, however, took time.
Our close partnership with European designers and experts allowed for development of Asian-style pottery with European flair, suited to a wide variety of climates. Our team of competent, dedicated colleagues not only work efficiently together, but form the tight community that characterizes Khai Hoan. In particular the development of environmentally-friendly fibre cement pottery, which is light weight but heightened strength and endurance. What may be most distinguishing, however, is our strict compliance with environmental protection regulations, codes of ethical practices, and eager after-sale services.
I am very happy to have been a part of Khai Hoan during its journey of growth and am extremely proud of everything that we as a company and community have achieved thus far. As we enter a new decade, there will be new changes as Khai Hoan strives for further refinement and enhancement, sticking closely with our core principles of durability, versatility, and sustainability.
