Khai Hoan recognizes that, to continue to prosper in the long term, our business depends on a healthy society, dedicated workforce, and sustainable environment. Hence, we regard environmental care as an issue of the utmost importance. We are committed to protecting the environment and use kiln-free pottery techniques to adhere to our promise. By applying a long-forgotten traditional technique and using a number of aggregates such as clay, sand, and cement, we developed a unique natural composite – ‘light cement’ – that enables us to reduce our dependence on scarce materials. More importantly, it helps us minimize waste and pollution from our manufacturing facilities.
Khai Hoan also prioritizes the health and safety of our colleagues, and is committed to providing a quality working environment. Aside from adhering to all legal requirements under the local labour laws, we prohibit the use of underage/child labour and all inappropriate discriminatory practices.
